Simple Hollandaise Sauce

2 Egg Yolks
1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon warm Water
Pinch of Salt
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a cup or small bowl combine egg yolks, lemon juice, water, salt and blend with an immersion blender for 1-2 mins.

2. Heat up butter in a small sauce pan or microwave until butter starts to bubble but not browning. Add butter slowly to yolk mixture while blending until sauce is thick

3. Serve over your favorite dish and ENJOY !!!
