Classic Salsa


5 Plum Tomatos
1 14oz Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
2 Green Scallions, cut in half with ends removed
1 Small Red Onion, quartered
2 Tablespoons White Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Large Jalapeño, seeded and quartered
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Large Garlic Clove
1 Large Lime
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Start by pulsing garlic in a food processor or blender until finely minced, then add all ingredients except the white onion and pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped. Depending on the size of your appliance you may have to pulse in batches.
2. Add chopped white onion to salsa and serve with tortilla chips, on your favorite steak, or garnished on scrambled eggs and ENJOY !!!
