Classic Salsa 5 Plum Tomatos 1 14oz Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes 2 Green Scallions, cut in half with ends removed 1 Small Red Onion, quartered 2 Tablespoons White Onion, Finely Chopped 1 Large JalapeƱo, seeded and quartered 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro 1 Large Garlic Clove 1 Large Lime 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder Salt & Pepper DIRECTIONS: 1. Start by pulsing garlic in a food processor or blender until finely minced, then add all ingredients except the white onion and pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped. Banana Bread 4 3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted 2 Eggs 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and lightly flour a loaf pan, then in a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt until fully combined. Add butter, eggs and bananas with dry ingredients and gently fold together slowly not to over mix. 2. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 60-70 mins rotating once during baking. Remove bread from loaf pan immediately after baking and place onto a wire rack to cool for 8 mins and ENJOY !!!
